Our consultation and property assistance services are provided free of cost to buyers. We do not charge brokerage, consultation fees, or service charges from our clients.

The Onest Realty name, logo, website design, text, branding, and original content are the intellectual property of Onest Realty and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Project names, logos, images, floor plans, brochures, specifications, trademarks, and other promotional materials displayed on this website belong to their respective developers or property owners and are used for marketing and informational purposes only. All such rights remain with their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Onest Realty acts solely as a channel partner and is not responsible for construction quality, project delays, changes made by developers, or decisions taken by third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

• Onest Realty does not charge brokerage, consultation fees, or service charges from buyers.

• All booking amounts, installments, taxes, registration charges, and other payments must be made directly to the builder/developer or authorized collection accounts.

• Onest Realty does not accept customer payments on behalf of developers unless specifically communicated in writing.

• Property prices and offers are determined solely by the developer and may change without prior notice.

• Any cancellation, refund, or payment dispute shall be governed by the respective developer's policies.

• Buyers are advised to obtain official receipts for every payment made to the developer.

 

Disclaimer

• Onest Realty is an authorized real estate sales and marketing associate for selected developers.

• We do not own, develop, or construct the advertised projects.

• All project information is provided by the respective developer.

• Images, layouts, and brochures are for illustrative purposes only.

• Buyers should independently verify RERA details, legal approvals, pricing, and project specifications before booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Onest Realty does not collect booking amounts from buyers.

• Any cancellation or refund is subject to the builder/developer's terms and conditions.

• Refund timelines and deductions, if any, are decided solely by the developer.
