​These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Onest Designo (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its Customers.

Onest Designo is engaged in providing end-to-end interior design and turnkey project execution solutions for its Customers.

Customer refers to an individual, organization, or entity that purchases goods or services from Onest Designo.

1. Price Validity & Quote Adjustments

• The final price for any project will depend on site measurements, scope of work, changes in design, materials, finishes, and customization requests.

• Price variations of approximately ±5-10% may occur due to such changes. Significant changes or non-standard/customized selections may result in larger price adjustments.

• Quotes provided are valid for one (1) months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

Upon initial discussion and acceptance of the quotation, the Customer shall make an advance payment of 10% of the total project value or INR 25,000, whichever is higher, to confirm the order.

​The project will progress through stages only upon receipt of the respective installment payments.
Kindly be informed that full payment for loose furniture items (excluding site carpentry work) is required upon confirmation of the order.

3. Convenience Fees & Payment Modes

• ​All payments must be made only to the official company bank account via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other mutually agreed non-cash methods.

• Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

• EMI Options: To make your home interiors more affordable and easy on your budget, we offer convenient EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options in partnership with various leading NBFCs and banks. To avail of this facility, simply submit the required documents to our financing partner. The partner will assess your application and typically provide approval or rejection within 24 to 48 hours. Upon approval, the loan amount will be sanctioned and disbursed accordingly. For more details, please speak to your designer. Kindly note that the financing arrangement is a separate agreement between you and the service provider. Onest Designo acts solely as a facilitator and will not be responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between you and the financing partner.

4. Order Details and Documentation

• The name used for booking must match Customer KYC documents. 

• Customers are advised to provide complete and accurate information for invoicing, legal compliance, financing, and refunds in case of cancellation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• Refunds will be processed subject to deductions for work completed, non-refundable deposits, and cancellation charges as per the signed contract and company policy.

6. Changes and Customizations

• Any changes after design approval or during execution may impact project timelines and costs.

• Custom requests outside the standard scope will require separate approval and pricing.

7. Warranty and Replacements

• Warranty on materials and workmanship is as per the contract.

• OEM replacements for functional defects will be handled on the OEM timeline and facilitated by Onest Designo.

• Cosmetic defects such as color variation or minor scratches discovered after handover will be addressed as per OEM policies but are outside the delivery guarantee scope.

8. Site conditions

• If you plan to retain the existing flooring (such as tiles or marble), we recommend arranging for floor protection before work begins. This service is not included by default and must be ordered separately.

• After installation, basic cleaning will be performed, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and removal of packaging materials and debris.

• Civil work may damage existing wall paint, so it is advisable to complete the final coat of paint after all interior work is finished. Painting services by Onest Designo will be provided only if ordered separately.

• Deep cleaning using mechanical equipment is a paid service and requires a separate order.

 

Limitations to Warranty

Onest Designo does not cover damages or defects caused by:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, cuts) or accidental impacts and mishandling.

• Misuse, negligence, or improper care of the products.

• Water damage due to leakage, seepage, or prolonged dampness beyond manufacturer-specified limits.

• Fading, discoloration, or damage from exposure to sunlight, moisture, heat, or other environmental factors.

• Use of harsh chemicals, detergents, abrasives, or improper cleaning agents.

• Unauthorized alterations, modifications, repairs, or use beyond intended product instructions.

• Damage from natural disasters or force majeure events (floods, earthquakes, fire, pandemic, etc.).

• Rust or corrosion on metallic parts caused by exposure to moisture or household chemicals.

• Pest or pet damage (termites, rodents, insects, animals).

• Re-installation, resale, or repair done by persons not authorized by Onest Designo.

Unloading Services

Any movement of materials by stairs above 2nd floor will attract the following additional charge/s:

1. A fixed unloading charge of Rs. 5000 shall be charged for movement of material from 3rd floor and above where the service lift is unavailable.

2. An additional charge of Rs. 1000 will be applicable for each floor movement of material from the 9th floor and above, where the service lift is unavailable.
   
    

Cancellation Policy – Onest Designo

At Onest Designo, we strive to complete every project successfully. However, due to coordination with multiple vendors and suppliers, price or material changes may occur. We commit to being fair and transparent and offer cancellation options as follows:

​​​​​​Limitation of Liability

​

• Onest Designo is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond its control, including site conditions, Customer delays, or third-party contractor performance.

• Liability is limited to the value of the contract and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.

Customer Conduct & Privacy Policy

At Onest Designo, we expect all customers to treat our team with respect and provide a safe, lawful workspace. Discrimination or abusive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may lead to suspension of services until resolved.

By engaging with us, customers consent to Onest Designo collecting and using their personal data as per our Privacy Policy for project-related communication and coordination. Personal data may be shared with authorized vendors and suppliers.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law.
