2. Role & Disclaimer

Our role is to:

  • Connect buyers with RERA-registered developers

  • Share property brochures, plans, and pricing as received from builders

  • Facilitate site visits and basic query handling

We do not control project timelines, possession dates, or developer pricing. Buyers are encouraged to do their own due diligence before making booking decisions.
